SWHC will be coaching two summer skill sessions on Sundays, June 5 - July 17 and July 24 - August 28 at the Sno-King Ice Arena (14326 124th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98034).

LEARN TO SKATE SESSION DESCRIPTION: The focus and goal of the Learn to Skate (LTS) curriculums are designed to teach beginner hockey players the fundamentals of skating. This is ideal for participants who have limited experience ice skating or for those who would like a refresher on skating fundamentals.

GAME SKILLS SESSION DESCRIPTION: The focus and goal of the Game Skills curriculum is designed for players (18+) who have completed a Learn to Skate program and have 0-3 years of hockey experience. Upon completion of this program, players have the opportunity to join the Seattle Women’s Hockey Club.

The SWHC Board is actively looking for next season's 2022-2023 board members. Help continue to make our club a success as we head into next season!

One way you can help make an impact on the club is to join the board. Board Members serve for two years, and are involved in decisions regarding how the club is managed, what activities we will be hosting, and in the organization of and running the club. Board Members attend monthly meetings, and serve in a variety of positions (player/rink/ref logistics, finance, events, website, marketing, social media, etc.).

This year, we are expanding the board, as well as recruiting earlier to help with the succession between board members who are finishing their two-year terms, and those who are just joining.

We encourage club members of all levels and backgrounds to consider running for a board position! It's important that our board represents the whole club well.
